If your organization has joined the Trades Wallet Community there are a few things you can do to help ensure your organization’s presence is recognized within the Trades Wallet Community:

The details within the 'Org Tab' of your Trades Wallet account represent what was inputted when the account was originally created. These details can be updated at any time to reflect the information your organization would like to have seen by others when searching within Trades Wallet.

NOTE: Only an Administrator with 'Edit Settings' privilege can alter the details on behalf of your organization. For more information on administrative privileges, click here. 

Navigate to the 'Org Tab'

Update 'Organization' details

Within the 'Org Tab' you will be presented with a number of sub-sections including 'Organization'. Here, you can update the 'Name' and 'Description' others will see when searching for your organization within the Trades Wallet Community:

Update 'Contact Information' details

The designated contact listed within the 'Contact Information' section should be someone within your organization with the authority to respond to and address communications from other organizations within the Trades Wallet community looking to reach out for further information.

Update 'Plan and Pricing' details:

Here, you will be presented with the Trades Wallet membership plan selected. Here is also where a 'Basic' account can upgrade to an 'Enterprise' level. 

NOTE: You can only upgrade from 'Basic' to 'Enterprise' from this section of the Org tab. To downgrade your Trades Wallet membership will require you to contact support@tradeswallet.com. 

Update Your Org Logo

Your organization's Logo is a significant visible indicator to other members of the Trades Wallet Community and is required in order to facilitate the printing of physical Trades Wallet cards.
