If your organization would like to transfer the management of a Card, or set of Cards, within a Wallet you own to another organization, you can do this by using the Transfer Card Management option.
Similarly, if your organization would like to transfer the management of an entire Wallet to another organization, this can be done via the Transfer Wallet Management option.
Note: Only Administrators with Edit Settings privilege have the authority within your Trades Wallet account to Transfer Cards and/or Wallets to another organization. For more information on administrative privileges, please review the FAQ: Assigning Administrative Roles.
Transfer Card Management
By transferring a Card, or a set of Cards, within a Trades Wallet you own to another organization, that organization assumes the rights and privileges associated to keep the Card(s) up to date.
Note: The costs associated with the management of the Card still apply to the Wallet to which it belongs. As such, there will be an incremental cost per Wallet for every new card created by your trusted organization.
- Search for the Wallet containing the Card you wish to transfer from within the Global Search Bar
- Click on the Cards Tab
- Select the name from within the list of returned results and scroll down the Card Details page until you reach the subsection entitled: Transfer Card Management
- Search for the Organization you wish to transfer the Wallet to from within the Transfer Search bar, or select the blue Click Here button to view all organizations that have an established Trust relationship
Note: In order to Transfer the management of a Card, or a set of Cards, within a Wallet, you must have previously granted that organization “Full Trust” status. The trust status does not need to be equal, nor be reciprocated at all.

Reverting a Card Transfer
Should you wish to resume the management of a Card, or set of Cards, within a Wallet, you can do so by selecting the blue Revert button found under the Transfer Card Management section of the Cards Tab for the specific Wallet.
Additionally, if you alter the Trust Settings for the organization in question, or revoke the trust altogether, the management of the Card(s) will fall back to the Wallet owner.
