The Web Admin Portal

Trades Wallet is comprised of a robust Web Admin Portal (www.tradeswallet.com), as well as two companion mobile applications that interface with the Web Portal to share information in real time.

The Web Admin Portal is used by your Administrators to manage the day-to-day operations of your Trades Wallet account and includes functionality the enables your Admin to:

• Create a Wallet
• Manage Wallet Contents
• Complete Skill Evaluations
• Pre-Qualify your Wallet holders
• Produce Reports

The Dashboard

When you 'Sign In' to the Web Admin Portal you will land on the Trades Wallet 'Home Page', also known as the 'Dashboard': 

New Functionality

The Dashboard is your go-to spot to learn about what's new and exciting within Trades Wallet, which can include anything from new functionality to changes or updates to our privacy policy and terms of service. 

You can also visit our support portal's 'Release Notes' section, found here, to learn more about what we're working on for you. 

Processing Submissions

The Dashboard is also where an administrator for an Enterprise Level account will find their tasks in the form of 'Pending Submissions'.

Trades Wallet Toolbar(s):

Across the top of the page you will notice the following toolbar, regardless of which tab within the application you are on:

Filter your Results!

Use this toolbar to search for, or create a NEW, Trades Wallet  on behalf of your Union or organization.

To the right of the Trades Wallet Global Search Bar you will find a slider button labelled "Trusted?". 

Toggling this allows a user to filter search queries to return results for Wallets owned and managed by your organization only (Trusted set to No), or expanded to include those Wallets owned and managed by members of your Trades Wallet network (Trusted set to Yes).

Once you are familiar with the toolbars, it's a good idea to customize your Trades Wallet account such that other members of the community will be able to search and recognize your organization.
