What are 'Courses'?
One thing you can do to ensure your Wallet holders have the credentials they need to be successful on the job site, is to create ‘Courses’ on offer from, or recommended by, your organization.
By associating a ‘Course’ to a specific card within a Trades Wallet, any 'Classes' that have been defined for that ‘Course’ will be made available via email and from within the 'Cards' tab of Self Service app. In this way, a Wallet holder can review the available classes for a relevant ‘Course’ that, upon successful completion, would result in the recertification of their credentials.
Course Integration
If your organization uses a third-party scheduling system, Trades Wallet can integrate seamlessly into your existing system in order to facilitate the presentation of 'Courses' on offer directly to your Wallet holders, via email or the Self Service app.
For more information on third-party integration, please contact tradeswallet.com/contact.
Types of 'Classes'
Trades Wallet facilitates the presentation of both 'physical' and 'online' classes relevant to the 'Courses' on offer by your organization.
NOTE: You can only assign one 'type' of 'Class' per 'Course'. As such, if your organization offers both physical and online class options, you will need to create (2) separate 'Courses' - one for 'Online' the other will be associated to 'Physical' classes.
