What is a Submission?
Via the Self Service app:
Tradespeople are encouraged to use the mobile 'Self Service' app to manage the contents of their Trades Wallet. Directly from the app, your members or employees can update their Trades Wallet Profile image as well add any new Cards or certifications they would like to see included in their Wallet profile.
Prior to these entries being added to the relevant Trades Wallet, an administrator must first review the images for authenticity.
NOTE: You can only review submissions made by Wallet Holders belonging to your Union or organization.
Via the 'Quick Submission' process:
Additionally, any new Cards or certifications added by an administrator via the 'Quick Submission' process will also need to have their details reviewed prior to appearing within the Trades Wallet.

Accessing your Pending Submissions
You can view the pending submissions that have been made to Wallets that your organization owns directly from the 'Home Page' of the Trades Wallet Web application, also known as 'The Dashboard'.
Here, you will be presented with the number of Wallets that have submissions to be processed.
NOTE: Each Wallet can have up to 20 submissions at any given time.
Select either the 'Submissions' link OR the 'Submissions' Tab to navigate to the Submissions Page for your Union or organization:

Action a Submission
You will arrive on the 'Submissions' page. For security reasons, Trades Wallet will return a maximum of 10 Wallets containing submissions at any time. These will be presented to the administrator in the order in which they were received (oldest submissions first).
Once you have processed the first 10 Wallet submissions, you can 'refresh' your list by clicking here:
If you are looking for a submission but cannot locate it within the list provided, use the 'Search' bar provided to locate the relevant Wallet:
Select the entry pertaining to the Wallet you would like to process:
The entry will expand to reveal the overall number and 'type' of submission to be processed:
Tradespeople are required to upload a current picture of themselves to be used within their Trades Wallet profile as a means of authenticating that the Wallet being presented belongs to the Tradesperson in question.

New Card Submission
Tradespeople will utilize their Self Service mobile app to upload pictures of any new Cards or certifications they have earned and would like to see included in their Trades Wallet.
