What is a 'Pre-Qualification' record?
A 'Pre-Qualification' record is a means of validating the contents of a Trades Wallet against specific 'Site' or 'Profile' requirements that have been established for your organization.
Upon review of a 'Pre-Qualification' record, an administrator can know immediately whether a Wallet holder has, or more importantly, does not have, the qualifications for the job or role they have been assigned.
How are 'Pre-Qualification' records used within Trades Wallet?
'Pre-Qualification' records can be created for use within your own organization, or, you can create a 'Pre-Qualification' record on behalf of a 'Trusted' organization within the Trades Wallet community.
NOTE: In order to create a 'Pre-Qualification' record for another organization will require that 'Trust' has been reciprocated between both organizations within the community.

(1) Wallet Contents Review
Admins can utilize the functionality of the 'Pre-Qualification' record during the dispatch process as a means of communicating the contents of a relevant Trades Wallet to a potential employer.
When creating a 'Pre-Qualification' record for a potential employer, that organizations 'Site' and/or 'Profile' requirements will be made available to the admin to validate against the Wallet contents in order to determine the suitability for the job or role being assigned.
Once created, the organization for whom the record was created has the opportunity to review the Wallet before approving or rejecting the record.
NOTE: Only 'Approved' records are considered 'enabled' and can be used to track compliancy within your organization and will be presented within the mobile Field Scanner app.
(2) The Field Scanner App
Approval of a 'Pre-Qualification' record within Trades Wallet will result in a green 'Pre-Qualified' banner to appear when a 'Worksite Admin' scans the Wallets 'QR Code' via the mobile Field Scanner app.
In this way, an admin responsible for validating credentials on a job site, or during orientation, can be assured that the contents of the relevant Wallet has already been vetted and approved by a member of their own organization, eliminating the need to do so on-site.
Alternatively, if the Wallet holder does NOT have the required credentials for the particular 'Site' or 'Role' assigned, the Field Scanner will instead present a red 'Cards Missing' notification advising which 'Cards' or certifications are missing or expired.
(3) Site Compliancy
'Site Compliancy' enables your organization to determine, at a glance, whether the employees working on your various work 'Site(s)' meet the 'Mandatory Card' requirements that have been established by your organization.
Regardless of whether a Wallet holder is employed by your own organization or has been contracted from an outside party, an administrator can track and manage historical records, or search future dates to know in advance who has, and more importantly, who does not have what they need to be compliant for the job they have been assigned within your organization.
