Cards Tab
- Navigate to the Wallet you wish to view. For more information about searching for a Wallet, click here.
- By default, you will be on the 'Account' tab of the relevant Wallet.
For more information on editing general 'Account' details, click here. - Select the 'Cards' tab:
Card Export Report:
From here, you can generate a pdf summary report containing a listing of the current 'Public' cards and certifications within a particular Trades Wallet.

The Vault:
Employers who wish to maintain their own records of the cards and credentials that are actively managed within an employee’s Trades Wallet can utilize the functionality of the Trades Wallet ‘Vault’.

Cards Listing
Within the 'Cards' sub-section you will be presented with a listing of all 'Public' cards and credentials within the relevant wallet, listed in alphabetical order:
NOTE: Any 'Private' cards added to the Wallet by the Wallet holder will not be displayed within the Web Admin Portal. For more information on 'Private' cards, click here.
Expiring Cards:
If a Card is within (2) months of its listed expiration date, it will be indicated as such:
Expired Cards:
If a Card has expired, it will be indicated as such:
Archived Cards:
If a Card has previously been 'Archived' it will be indicated as such:
NOTE: 'Archived' cards are NOT presented within the main 'Cards' listing. For more information about 'Archived' Cards, click here.
Card Details
To view a specific 'Card' in greater detail, select the associated entry.

'Training Request(s)'?
Using the 'Training Request' functionality within Trades Wallet, an administrator can define specific training and certification requirements a Wallet holder is required to complete and assign a timeframe in which the training is to be completed.
