What is an 'Expired Cards' report?
Within Trades Wallet, the 'Expired Card(s)' report enables an administrator to search within Wallets that your organization owns that contain a card, or set of cards, that have, or are about to, expire.
Not only can you identify Wallets that currently contain irrelevant qualifications, but you can query future dates to know, in advance, which Wallets have cards that are about to expire.
This can be helpful in identifying compliance concerns, but also for helping to advertise Training specials or availability relevant to a specific 'Course' on offer, or recommended by, your organization.
Generate an 'Expired Cards' report
- Navigate to the 'Reports' Tab:
- The 'Card Export' report is located within the first subsection:
- From here, you can enter in the date parameters for your query:
NOTE: By default the 'expires between' date is auto-populated with the current date. - Select the (blue) 'Download' button:
If NO results are found, you will be presented with the following notification:
If any results ARE found, they will be populated in a pdf report that will be delivered to the 'Downloads' folder of your browser.

Review the 'Expired Cards' report
Open the 'Expired Cards' file from the downloads folder of your browser. Within the export you should note the 'date range' specified for the query:
Additionally, each Wallet containing an 'expiring' or 'expired' card (within the date range queried) will be listed, alphabetically by name.
Within each Wallet will be a listing of 'Card Titles', their relevant 'Issued' and 'Expires' dates will also be listed:
