This FAQ covers the following topics:
Administrative Roles:
A key to getting started with Trades Wallet is understanding your workforce and the roles within Trades Wallet they will need to be assigned to. Administrative roles fall into two categories:
Worksite Administrators:
A 'Worksite Administrator' is responsible for the management of resources while out in the field, on a job site for example.
This includes utilizing the mobile Field Scanner app to review the contents of a Wallet and confirming the validity of the credentials within and/or reviewing and completing a 'Skill Evaluation' against the Wallet holder.

Back Office Administrators:
Using the Trades Wallet Web Admin Portal, an 'Office Administrator' is responsible for the overall management of Trades Wallet on behalf of your organization. This includes creating and assigning Wallets, adding or approving the credentials within each Wallet, creating pre-qualifications etc.

Administrative Privileges:
Assigning your administrator 'privileges' will define the level of access that administrator will have access to.
- No Privilege - This privilege level is reserved for 'Worksite Administrators' who will not require access to the main Web Admin Portal, but will still have access to view credentials via the mobile Field Scanner app.
- Back Office Privilege - This privilege level is used for 'Back Office Administrators' to gain access to the Web Admin Portal and the mobile Field Scanner app. With this level of privilege, and administrator can create new wallets and manage their contents but cannot access the 'Reports' tab nor make any changes to the system on behalf of your organization.
- Run Reports Privilege - This privilege level is used for 'Back Office Administrators' who require access to the 'Reports' tab within the Web Admin Portal. An admin must have the 'Back Office Privilege' as a pre-requisite.
- Edit Settings Privilege: This privilege level should be restricted to those administrators that have the authority to make decisions within Trades Wallet on behalf of your organization. This includes the ability to update organizational details, establish 'Trust' with other members of the Community or even to invite new members to join.
