Navigate to the Admins Tab
- Select the 'Settings' Tab (Gear Icon)
- By default, you will be on the 'Admins' tab:
Search for an Administrator Profile
- To search for an existing administrator profile, type the name of the administrator within the search bar provided:
OR, click the 'Search All' button to return a listing of all administrators currently assigned to your organization:
Create a NEW Administrator Profile
- Select the (green) 'New' button to the left of the Admin Search Bar:
- This will result in the 'New Administrator' form to appear where you can begin to populate the information required to create the new record:
- Next, you have the option to determine the 'Privilege' level you would like to assign to the Administrator you are creating a record for:
No Privilege (Worksite Administrators) - If no privilege option is selected, the administrator will not be provided access to the Web Admin Portal but will access Wallets via the Field Scanner app. For more information on the Field Scanner app, click here.
Back Office - If this privilege is selected, the Administrator will be provided access to the Web Admin Portal to manage the day-to-day operations of Trades Wallet on behalf of your organization.
Run Reports - If this privilege is selected, the Administrator will be provided access to the Web Admin Portal to manage the day-to-day operations of Trades Wallet on behalf of your organization and will have the added capability to run reports from the system.
Edit Settings - This privilege level should be restricted to those Administrators that have the authority to make decisions within Trades Wallet on behalf of your organization. This includes the ability to update organizational details, establish 'Trust' with other members of the Community or even to invite new members to join.
NOTE: In order to assign an admin the 'Edit Settings' privilege, you must have assigned the 'Back Office' privilege as a pre-requisite.

- To complete the record, select the (blue) 'Create' button.
This will result in an auto generated 'Welcome Email' from Trades Wallet to be sent to the admin with instructions on how to complete their registration.
Edit an Admin Profile
Once you have created an administrator account, the administrator details can be viewed and updated at anytime:
- Select the entry relevant to the Administrator you would like to update or modify the details for:
- Within the Admin Profile you will be able to modify the following sections.
You can update the First Name, Last Name and Email Address associated with the Admin Profile. Ensure you select the (blue) 'Update' button to apply the changes.
By default, the profile picture will be displayed as a blank silhouette.
To set a profile picture for your Administrator, select the (blue) 'Set Photo' button and select a relevant image from your desktop:
Admin QR Code:
Not only is each Wallet assigned a unique QR Code, but Administrators will also have a personalized QR Code generated for them also. This QR Code can be used to 'Sign In' to the mobile Field Scanner app without the use of a Username and Password.
The Admin QR Code can be downloaded and used to print a physical copy for the administrator. Simply select the (blue) 'Download' button:
Alternatively, you can generate a NEW QR Code by selecting the (green) 'Generate New QR Code' button:
As an extra layer of security, you can assign an Administrator with a PIN that is required when 'Signing In' to the mobile Field Scanner app.

Here you will be presented with an image of the physical Trades Wallet Admin Card. Here, you have the option to 'Download' the image that can then be used to print a physical representation of the admin 'QR Code'.
NOTE: An administrator does not require the 'QR Code' in order to 'Sign In' to the mobile Field Scanner app. For more information about the various ways an admin can access the app, click here.
Here, you will be presented with the current level of 'Privilege' assigned to the administrator. You can update this at any time, just remember to select the (blue) 'Update' button to apply the updates:
Here you will be presented with the relevant 'Sites', created for your organization, that the administrator has previously been assigned to.

Here, an administrator with the 'Edit Settings' privilege can access an admin account to initiate the process of a 'Password Reset'.
Simply select the (blue) 'Change Password' button. Doing to will prompt Trades Wallet to send an email to the Email address associated to the admin profile with instructions on how to update their password.
NOTE: This action can only be accomplished by an administrator with the 'Edit Settings' privilege. For additional instructions on how to reset an admin password, click here.
To permanently remove an administrator account, effectively removing access to the Trades Wallet Web Admin Portal and the mobile apps, you will want to 'Delete' the account.
Select the (red) 'Delete Account' button:
You will be prompted to confirm your selection as this action cannot be undone once completed:
NOTE: This action can only be accomplished by an administrator with the 'Edit Settings' privilege.
