Step 1 - Download the Field Scanner App

If you have assigned a 'Worksite Administrator', responsible for reviewing and approving credentials on a job site, you can utilize the mobile Field Scanner App to view the contents of an employee’s Trades Wallet.

Apple iOS Download

• If using an Apple^(R) iPhone^(R) or iPad^(R), download the Trades Wallet Field Scanner App from the Apple^(R) App Store^(R). 

Minimum required version: iOS 9.0.

Android Download

• If using a Google^TM Android^TM based phone or device, you must first launch the Chrome^TM browser on your phone. Next, type 'updatemywallet.com' into the URL window. 

Minimum required version: 5.0 (Lollipop).

NOTE: Android users can create a shortcut to by selecting the 'Add to Home Screen' button from the Google Chrome options menu.
