This document covers the following topics:
Navigate to a Wallet
- Enter the 'Name' or 'ID Number' of the member or employee you'd like to review into the search bar:
- As you type, Trades Wallet will search within the system for Wallets that best match your query.
Edit General Wallet Details
- Select the entry from the grid of results returned to view their details:
- You will be presented with the relevant information pertaining to the Wallet holder, including the full name, ID Number and the organization who owns the Trades Wallet.
Each of these fields can be updated at any time. When modifying the record, ensure you select the (blue) 'Update' button to apply the changes:
Wallets with a 'Verified Email Address'
- If the Email address associated to the Wallet has been 'verified' by the Wallet holder, it will NO longer editable from within the Web Admin Portal.
The Wallet holder will need to update their Email via the 'Settings' menu of their Self Service application.
