This document covers the following topics:
Public Cards
Cards or certifications that are required to be presented to a potential employer will be uploaded to Trades Wallet as a 'Public' card.

Privacy
Wallet holders are in complete control of how much information they share with the Trades Wallet Community.
If a Wallet holder marks a Card as 'Private' within the Self Service app, that Card will be immediately REMOVED from the main cards listing within the Wallet, but will be captured within the 'Vault' for historical purposes.
What do you mean by 'Private'?
A card that is marked 'Private' within a Wallet is not shared with the Trades Wallet Community unless expressly directed by the Wallet holder.
How are Cards made 'Private'?
New Private Card 'Submission'
If a Wallet holder uploads a new 'Private' card within the Wallet, that 'Private' entry will never be shared within the Trades Wallet community unless expressly directed by the Wallet holder via their Self Service app.
For more information on how Wallet holders submit a 'Private' card, click here.
Mark an 'Existing' Card Private
If, however, a Wallet holder wishes to mark an existing card within their Wallet as 'Private', that card will be immediately removed from the main 'Cards' listing view within the Web Admin Portal.
NOTE: If the Card has been tied to any 'Pre-Qualification' record(s), the Wallet holder will be notified PRIOR to marking the card as 'Private', however, this will not prevent them from doing so.

Accessing 'Private' Cards via the Vault
If a Wallet holder marks a Card as 'Private' within the Self Service app, that Card will be immediately REMOVED from the main cards listing within the Wallet, but will be captured within the 'Vault' for historical purposes.
