What is 'Site Compliancy'?
'Site Compliancy' enables your organization to determine, at a glance, whether the employees working on your various work 'Site(s)' meet the 'Mandatory Card' requirements established for the relevant site(s).
Using the 'Site Compliancy' functionality within Trades Wallet, an administrator can review historical records, or search future dates to know in advance who has, and more importantly, who does not have what they need to be compliant for the job they have been assigned within your organization.
How is 'Site Compliancy' tracked?
'Site Compliancy' is tracked within Trades Wallet (2) ways:
(1) Scheduled Status
When a 'Pre-Qualification' record is created against a relevant Wallet, that record will be tracked within the 'Scheduled Status' section of the 'Site Compliancy' report.
A 'Pre-Qualification' record is a means of validating the contents of a Trades Wallet against specific 'Site' or 'Profile' requirements that have been established. Upon review of a 'Pre-Qualification' record, an administrator can know immediately whether the Wallet holder has, or more importantly, does not have, the qualifications for the job or role they have been assigned.

(2) Scan Status
Each time a Wallets 'QR Code' is scanned by an administrator signed in to the Field Scanner app, the contents of the Wallet will be automatically compared against the 'Site' requirements established for that site. The results of each scan will be presented within the 'Scan Status' section of the 'Site Compliancy' report.
Using the Field Scanner app, the admin can immediately know who has, and more importantly who does not have, what is needed to be compliant with the requirements of the relevant 'Site'.

What are 'Sites & Mandatory Cards'?
In order to track 'Site Compliancy' for your organization will first require your organization to have established 'Sites' to which you have also associated 'Mandatory Card' requirements.
'Sites' may refer to a physical location (i.e. North Work Yard) or may apply to any grouping where specific credentials are mandated (i.e. an Employer).

Why assign an Administrator to a 'Site'?
By assigning an administrator to a relevant 'Site' within your organization, any Wallets they scan via the mobile Field Scanner App can be evaluated against the 'Mandatory Cards' established for that site.
Using the Field Scanner app, the admin can immediately know who has, and more importantly, who does not have, what is needed to be compliant with the requirements of the relevant 'Site'.
