What is Site Compliancy?
'Site Compliancy' enables your organization to determine, at a glance, whether the employees working on your various work 'Site(s)' meet the 'Mandatory Card' requirements established for the relevant site(s).
Using the 'Site Compliancy' functionality within Trades Wallet, an administrator can review historical records, or search future dates to know in advance who has, and more importantly, who does not have what they need to be compliant for the job they have been assigned within your organization.
How is Site Compliancy Tracked?
'Site Compliancy' is tracked within Trades Wallet (2) ways:
(1) Scheduled Status
When a 'Pre-Qualification' record has been created against a relevant Wallet, that record will be tracked within the 'Scheduled Status' section of the 'Site Compliancy' report.
A 'Pre-Qualification' record is intended as a means of reviewing and approving a Wallet holders credentials in advance of their arrival on a job-site. You can set up a 'Pre-Qualification' record for your own organization, or create on on behalf of a 'Trusted' member of the Trades Wallet community.
For more information about Pre-Qualifications, click here.
(2) Scan Status
Each time a Wallets 'QR Code' is scanned by an administrator signed in to the Field Scanner app, the contents of the Wallet will be automatically compared against the 'Site' requirements established for that site. The results of each scan will be presented within the 'Scan Status' section of the 'Site Compliancy' report.
Using the Field Scanner app, the admin can immediately know who has, and more importantly who does not have, what is needed to be compliant with the requirements of the relevant site.

What are Sites & Mandatory Cards?
In order to track 'Site Compliancy' for your organization will first require your organization to have established 'Sites' to which you have also associated 'Mandatory Card' requirements.
'Sites' may refer to a physical location (i.e. North Work Yard) or may apply to any grouping where specific credentials are mandated (i.e. an Employer).

Why assign an Administrator to a Site?
By assigning an administrator to a relevant 'Site' within your organization, any Wallets they scan via the mobile Field Scanner App can be evaluated against the 'Mandatory Cards' established for that site.
Using the Field Scanner app, the admin can immediately know who has, and more importantly, who does not have, what is needed to be compliant with the requirements of the relevant site.

Accessing Compliancy Records
- From the Trades Wallet Home Page, select the 'Reports' tab:
- Scroll down to the sub-section entitled: 'Site Compliancy'.
Here you will be presented with date selectors, allowing you to select a relevant time frame to search within. By default, the 'Retrieve between' field will be listed as 'Today's' date. - Populate the 'Date Selector' fields with the appropriate date range. To query a single date, enter the same date within both fields:
NOTE: You can search for historical records, or future dates. However, when querying dates in the 'future', you will only be able to assess the 'Scheduled Status'; the 'Scan Status' will always show a result of 'No Scan': - Upon selecting a relevant date range, you will be presented with a 'Search field' where you can enter the name of a relevant 'Site' to query OR select the (blue) 'Search All' button to return results for ALL sites within your organization:
- You will be presented with a listing of 'Sites' that match the query, or a listing of all sites relevant to your organization.
Understanding Site Compliancy
Trades Wallet will return a listing of 'Sites' that best match the search query. Each site will be listed within the 'Name' column, in alphabetical order. Compliancy is tracked (2) ways:
Scheduled Status
The 'Scheduled Status' refers to the establishment of a 'Pre-Qualification' record against a relevant Wallet, within the date range specified:
- Not Scheduled (Grey) = No 'Pre-Qualification' record(s) were created against the particular site.
- Not Compliant (Red) = A 'Pre-Qualification' record has been created against a Wallet that does NOT meet the mandatory requirements established for the site.
- Compliant (Green) = The 'Pre-Qualification' record has been created against a Wallet that DOES meet the mandatory requirements established for the site.
Scan Status
The 'Scan Status' refers to a Wallet scan completed by a Worksite Admin via the mobile Field Scanner app, within the date range specified only:
- No Scan (Grey) = No Wallet scans have been completed by an assigned admin on the relevant 'Site' for the date range specified.
- Not Compliant (Red) = At least one Wallet scanned did NOT meet the mandatory requirements established for the site.
- Compliant (Green) = All Wallet(s) scanned DO meet the mandatory requirements established for the site.
NOTE: A Worksite Admin must be 'Signed In' to the Field Scanner app. For more information on how to 'Sign In' to the mobile app, click here.
Assessing Site Compliancy
Once you understand what each 'Status' means, you can begin to assess whether your organization is, or is not, compliant:
The 'Scheduled Status' and 'Scan Status' MATCH
Where the 'Scheduled Status' and the associated 'Scan Status' match (show the same status colour) there is little more you need to do to investigate.
- Example 1: The 'East Work Yard' has been closed for maintenance. As such, no Wallet holders have been scheduled to be dispatched to this site resulting in a 'Not Scheduled' status.
The relevant 'Scan Status' displays a result of 'No Scan', indicating that there were no Wallet holders scanned by a Worksite admin associated to that site. - Example 2: The 'South Work Yard' is showing 'Compliant' within both the 'Scheduled' and 'Scan' status sections.
This indicates that all Wallet holders that were scheduled for the site had the the relevant mandatory card requirements within their Wallet when the pre-qualification record was created and that each Wallet scanned by an admin associated to the site was also compliant.
The 'Scheduled Status' and 'Scan Status' DO NOT match
Where the 'Scheduled Status' and the associated 'Scan Status' do NOT match (do NOT show the same status colour) it is recommended you complete some further investigation.
The system provides you with the ability to drill down into the record to determine which Wallets were scanned by a Worksite admin. For more information on 'Investigating Site Compliancy' click here.
- Example 1: The 'West Work Yard' is displaying a 'Scheduled Status' of 'Not Scheduled' indicating that no Wallet holders were scheduled for this site on the relevant date.
However, the associated 'Scan Status' is displayed as 'Compliant' indicating that while there were no Wallet holders scheduled, the Wallet holders that were scanned into the site had the necessary qualifications within their Wallet. - Example 2: The 'North Work Yard (Remote)' is displaying a 'Scheduled Status' that is 'Compliant' indicating that all Wallet holders that were scheduled for the site had the the relevant mandatory card requirements within their Wallet when the pre-qualification record was created.
However, the associated 'Scan Status' warns that a Wallet scanned by a Worksite admin via the Field Scanner app did NOT meet those same requirements and should be investigated further.
Investigating Site Compliancy
Regardless of the 'Status' outcome, you can drill into each record to determine the:
- Compliancy by Date - Provides an overview of the site compliancy status for each date within the selected date range.
- Compliancy by Person - Provides a summary of who was, and who was not, compliant on a relevant date.
- Compliancy by Card - Provides an overview of the compliancy status of the cards and certifications contained within a Wallet as they relate to the mandatory card requirements established for the relevant site.
Compliancy by Date
- Select the relevant 'Site' to view the details:
You will be presented with some general details of the 'Site' along with the 'Compliancy by Date' section. Here you can review the site compliancy status for each date within the selected date range. - Select a 'Date' entry to view it in greater detail:
Compliancy by Person
You will be presented with the 'Compliancy by Person' sub-section. By default, only non-compliant results will be displayed.
- To include compliant results also, select the 'Include Compliant?' toggle such that it is enabled:
- You will be presented with a summary of who was, and was not, compliant on the date selected.
In the example below, we can determine that:
Contract Worker - Had the relevant mandatory card requirements within his/her Wallet when he/she was scheduled for the site (when the pre-qualification record was created) and had a compliant scan result via the Field Scanner app.
Union Member 2 - Had the relevant mandatory card requirements within his/her Wallet when he/she was scheduled for the site (when the pre-qualification record was created) but was not scanned on-site via the Field Scanner app.
Union Member 1 - Was not scheduled for the relevant site. However, the 'Non Compliant' scan status indicates that when the Wallet was scanned via the Field Scanner app, he/she received a non-compliant result and were turned away. - Select an entry to view the details for a relevant Wallet holder:
Compliancy by Card
You will be presented with the 'Compliancy by Card' sub-section. By default, only non-compliant cards will be listed.
- To include a listing of compliant cards also, select the 'Include Compliant?' toggle such that it is enabled:
- Here, you can determine which cards within the Wallet were, and more importantly, were not, compliant with the requirements of the relevant site:
In the example above, you can determine that the 'Non Compliant' scan was the result of (2) mandatory card requirements that were missing from the Wallet as demonstrated by the 'Does Not Exist' notification within the 'Issued Date' column.
