What are 'Training Request(s)'?
Using the 'Training Request' functionality within Trades Wallet, an administrator can define specific training and certification requirements a Wallet holder is required to complete and assign a timeframe in which the training is to be completed.
This can include anything from an employers general orientation to role or site-specific safety certification requirements. These requests for training will be sent to the Wallet holder via email, and will be presented within the 'Cards' section of the Wallet holders Self Service profile.
Using the links within the email or application, a Wallet holder will have direct access to the courses provided, or recommended, by your organization, where they can view and even sign up for upcoming classes available.

In order to issue a 'Training Request', you must first have 'Courses & Classes' established for your account.
Courses & Classes
If your organization provides in-house training, has preferred or recommended training providers, or wishes to utilize Trades Wallets online learning management system (LMS), you can create 'Courses' within Trades Wallet with associated 'Classes'.
These 'Courses' can then be used when assigning 'Training Requests' to a relevant Wallet holder, who will receive the specific course details and available class information via email or within their Self Service app.

Third Party Integration
If your organization uses a third-party scheduling system, Trades Wallet can integrate seamlessly into your existing system in order to facilitate the presentation of 'Courses' on offer.
