General 'Pre-Qualification' details
Here, you can indicate the term that you want this 'Pre-Qualification' record to be valid for. This can be changed at any time throughout the term of the record.
Any relevant details (i.e. Requisition Number) or instructions can be entered within the 'Description' box provided.
Use this section to indicate which organization this 'Pre-Qualification' record is intended for. By default, this field will be blank, resulting in the record being created for your own organization.
NOTE: Creating a 'Pre-Qualification' record for an organization other than your own will require that 'Trust' has been reciprocated between both organizations.

This section is used to set the status for the pre-qualification record. By default, the record is set to 'Under Review' and can only be modified by an administrator belonging to the organization the record has been created for.
Only records that have been 'Approved' are considered 'enabled' and can be used to track compliancy within your organization, and only once 'Approved' will a notification banner be presented when a Wallets 'QR Code' is scanned using the Field Scanner app.
Use this section to indicate which specific 'Site' this 'Pre-Qualification' record is intended for. If any 'Mandatory Cards' have been associated to the 'Site' they will be presented within the record.
By default, if no 'Site' is chosen, the record will be created for the organization as a whole. For more information about setting up 'Sites' for your organization, click HERE.
Use this section to indicate the specific role or 'Profile' requirements you wish to associate to the 'Pre-Qualification' record. If any 'Suggested Mappings' have been associated to the 'Profile' they will be presented within the record.
By default, if no 'Profile' is chosen, the record will be created without profile requirements.

Card Export Report
Once a 'Pre-Qualification' record has been created, an administrator can generate a PDF report containing the images and information for each of the 'Significant Cards' that have been associated to the record.
