Pre-qualification records can be created ‘internally’ for your own organization OR created on behalf of ‘Trusted’ organizations within the community, which means your organization may receive Wallet holders with these pre-qualification records too.
Within the Web Admin Portal, you can review pre-qualification record(s) associated with your organization a couple of ways:
Search within an individual Wallet
If you know the name, unique ID number or email address of the Wallet holder you wish to review, you can head directly to the ‘Pre-Qualify’ tab of the relevant Wallet.

Pre-Qualification Search
Alternatively, utilize the functionality of the ‘Pre-Qualification Search’ as a means of managing ALL pre-qualification records that have been associated to our organization – including those created BY your organization and those created FOR your organization.
- Select the 'Reports' Tab from the main navigation bar.
- Scroll down the 'Reports' page until you reach the sub-section entitled: ‘Pre-Qualification Search’.
Here, you will be presented with options for determining what kind of records you would like to see returned.
Internal to your organization
Select this option to search for 'Pre-Qualification' records that have been created by your organization for your organization.
NOTE: This search will only return a listing of Wallet holders that your organizations owns.
Inbound to this organization
Select this option to search for all 'Pre-Qualification' records that have been created for your organization by a ‘Trusted’ organization within the community.
When querying records created on behalf of your organization, you will note an additional step within the 'search criteria' to indicate which organization(s) you would like to search by:
To search for a specific organization, enter the name within the search field provided, or select the 'Click Here' link to return a listing of all organizations with whom you have established 'Trust'.
Outbound to other organizations
Select this option to search for all 'Pre-Qualification' records that have been created by your organization on behalf of a ‘Trusted’ organizations within the community.
When querying records created on behalf of a 'Trusted' organization within the community, you will note an additional step within the 'search criteria' to indicate which organization(s) you would like to search by:
To search for a specific organization, enter the name within the search field provided, or select the 'Click Here' link to return a listing of all organizations with whom you have established 'Trust'.
NOTE: In order to create a'Pre-Qualification' record for another organization within the community – or to have one created on your organizations behalf – will necessitate that ‘Trust’ has been reciprocated between both organizations.

Search Criteria
You can refine the results of the search by utilizing the following parameters:
Profile
'Profile Definition(s)' are used within the Web Admin Portal to define a set of 'roles' or work assignments that can then be associated with Wallet holders belonging to your Union or organization.
It is important to note, selecting ‘With any Profile’, will result in Trades Wallet returning a listing of all pre-qualification records regardless of whether or not a profile has been associated.
To search for a specific 'Profile' select the relevant option. Type the name of the 'Profile' within the search field provided, or select the 'Click Here' link to return a listing of all 'Profile' definitions that have been created for the relevant organization.
NOTE: If searching for records created internally, or on behalf of your own organization, the listing of 'Profiles' returned will belong to your own organization. However, if searching for records your organization has created on behalf of another member of the community, the 'Profiles' returned will be associated to the selected organization.
Select the entry from the list of results returned, then select the 'Associate' button.
Date Range
With your ‘Profile’ selected, you’ll now have the opportunity to define the time frame within which you’d like to search.
Select the relevant option to query within a date range then use the calendar controls to select the relevant date period. You can search historical records, or future dates.
NOTE: When specifying a date range, Trades Wallet will return a listing of ALL records that have either an ‘Effective’ or an ‘Expires’ date that falls within that period.
Status
Finally, you’ll have the option to select pre-qualification records assigned a specific ‘Status’ OR you can instead return a listing of all records, regardless of status, that are ‘Missing Requirements’.
Select the toggle switch next to each option you wish to include in the report such that it turns green and reads ‘Yes’. To run the report, select the green ‘Search Wallets’ button.
Trades Wallet will return a listing of Wallets containing 'Pre-Qualification' records that match the criteria you have defined within a grid.
You can select a relevant entry to view and/or modify (with the correct permissions) the specific record.
Summary Details
Within the grid of results, you should note the following information about each 'Pre-Qualification Record':
- Status
- Created By
- Created For
- Site
- Profile
- Effective
- Expire
If the record is indicated with a red '!' icon, this is an indication that the record needs attention.
